My discount code is not working, what should I do?Updated a year ago

If you are using Paypal or Shop as a payment method, you may encounter issues with adding a discount code. If this is the case, we recommend attempting a different payment method.

For other payment methods, check your cart to make sure it meets the minimum order requirements for the discount. Also, make sure that the code has been entered correctly at checkout. Pika Vibe discount codes do not apply automatically to your cart.
