What if my product is defective?Updated a year ago
If an item is not functioning properly or arrived broken, please email [email protected] with your order details and a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot the problem with you or provide a replacement. All motorized products are covered under a one year warranty, from date of purchase.
Kindly note, we are only able to issue product replacements and/or store credit to the original purchaser. If you received a defective item as a gift, please have the original purchaser reach out to troubleshoot.
